Apart from a brief period of brighter play just after the break ( and at the very end after the introduction of McClean), Stoke never looked likely to upset their visitors West Bromwich Albion,whose 2-0 victory took them to the top of the Championship table.
Stoke are now 6 points adrift of safety at the bottom.

If things carry on as they are relegation looks more and more likely.

Time to get out of this situation but we are not above the possibility of being relegated to the third tier. Players not necessarily the manager(s) or board are ultimately to blame.
